Persil, Sel, Poivre et Piment d&rsquo;Espelette<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Hacher menu les l\u00e9gumes<\/li>\n<li>Faire revenir poivron et oignon puis ajouter les tomates.<\/li>\n<li>Laisser dorer \u00e0 feux doux pendant 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Couper les feuilles de briques en carr\u00e9.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre les l\u00e9gumes dans la feuille et refermer avec la ciboulette.<\/li>\n<li>Frire dans l&rsquo;huile chaude 1 \u00e0 2 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>R\u00e9server sur du papier essuie-tout.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9poser du papier aluminium au fond du bento pour garder la chaleur.<\/li>\n<li>Mettre les Origami de l\u00e9gumes, et sa salade de tomates.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong>C\u0153ur de g\u00e9noise &amp; Fraises<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">120 g. Sucre, 120g.
